Ringkollstua is a large and cozy forest lodge. In the café, outdoor enthusiasts and skiers gather over a cup of coffee, hot cocoa, freshly made waffles, and our famous buns. We also serve pizza, sausages, and French fries.
The café can also be reserved as a venue for events and is well-suited for all types of gatherings. Here, you will find all the facilities you need – a shower with a sauna, a dedicated fireplace lounge, and a large café area with a fantastic view.
The café is typically only open during the winter season. Currently, we do not have fixed opening hours during the summer season.
There are 80 seats in the café, as well as 30 seats in the fireplace lounge for cold winter evenings, and 30 outdoor seats with beautiful sun conditions. We are located at the top of the alpine slope and by the innermost parking lot for the cross-country trails – just follow the signs. There is also a very popular sledding hill connected to Ringkollstua.
At Ringkollstua, you can enjoy fresh baked goods and the incredibly beautiful view we offer. From here, you can see large parts of Ringerike and all the way to Telemark and the famous Gaustatoppen on clear days.
